About Me

JR has been a paramedic for Ada County for the last 9 years. I also work for Ada County Paramedics in the Logistics Department. JR and I have known each other since middle school. He liked me in highschool, but I thought he was too goofy. We started dating our second year in college. We were married August 14th 2004 and had our little Madison July 30th 2008. Colin completed our family on October 11th, 2011.

6 weeks... it seems so close and yet so far away. I am not on bed rest anymore, but do have to take things easy until I am 36 weeks. Dad came down to help with anything that I can't do and to give JR a little bit of a break. It will be nice because I'm not able to really take Madison anywhere to get her 3 yr. old energy out, so now that Papa is here she can have a little more fun when JR is gone. Mom was her 2 weekends ago while I was on bed rest and she got a ton done, I honestly don't know how she does it. She touched up the paint in the entire house, put together the cradle, washed all babies clothes, vacuumed, mopped, shopped, did yard work, helped me to go through and organize Madison and the babies closets, etc.... We are so blessed to have Mom and Dad's help.

This last Friday Boise had a hot air balloon festival. We went to the Friday night light show with Aunt Mic. Madison had a ton of fun. It was a very enjoyable evening and fun to get out and enjoy the end of the summer weather.
